Hello, I have been very busy that's why I haven't posted anything. Sorry! I hope you like this new poem. It was one of my first poems. Enjoy!

My Favorite Colors

My favorite color

is green like the grass

and blue like the sky.

My favorite color

is red like the berries

and orange like the leaves up high.

My favorite color

is yellow like the sun

and white like the clouds.

My favorite color

is gray like the birds that fly in the sky

and brown like the the big old mounds.

My favorite color

is purple like the sunset

and black like the end of the colors at night.

Today has been a very nice day. Speaking of nice things I wanted you to hear this poem.

A Wonderful Place

There is a door

that leads to a place,

with only fun things

and no challenges to face.

When you open the door

you will find many things,

like monkeys and gorillas

climbing on trees!

There are flowers of all kinds

and paper dolls,

big puzzles

and rubber balls.

But when it strikes 7:00

I close the door,

put on my pj's

and start to snore.

Sorry I haven't posted anything lately. I had some friends over. I have a poem for you, as usual........anyways

Starfish

One sunny day,

I walked along the shore

looking at the waves,

and many things to explore.

As I was looking at the waves,

I saw something swish

so I picked it up,

It was a starfish!

I ran it home,

and took it to dad

he examined it,

and looked at me sad.

He finally told me

that it needed to be in the sea,

not here on land

looking at you and me.

So that day,

I took it back

and it lived a happy life

after that.

Today I am going to share one of my best friends favorite poems.She really likes it! I love this poem because I love stuffed animals!

Teddy

When I first got Teddy

she glimmered and glowed,

I hugged her so tight

she could of explode.

My best friend had got her

so I could take her to school,

so when it was nap time

my heart would be full!

So when it is bed time

I close the door,

check for Teddy,

and start to snore!
